The first phase of Tropicalia will offer a 95-key Four Seasons Resort (the first in the Dominican Republic) that includes 25 fully furnished beachfront residences, all with elegant yet relaxed modern architecture and interiors by renowned Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld. Each residence features a flow-through interior, private pools and expansive terraces that transition easily from indoors to outdoors, inspiring guests to engage with the natural environment.
